Scott Riggs is Vice President of Information Technology and Application Management Services. Riggs is responsible for Data Center Operations, Systems and Network Engineering and End User Computing as well as managing ProQuest Information and Learning’s relationships with third party software development partners in the US and abroad.

Riggs joined Information and Learning in 1995 as Director of Client Server Systems and was an instrumental part of the team that delivered the company’s first online products to market. In 1999, he became Vice President of Information Technology assuming responsibility for Data Center Facilities. During his tenure at ProQuest he has also worked in various other capacities including heading Content Operations and Manufacturing.

Prior to joining ProQuest Riggs held various positions at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan and Ford Motor Company both as an employee and as a consultant.

Riggs received a bachelors degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor in 1986.
