Skip Prichard joined ProQuest in 2003. As President of ProQuest's Higher Education and Newspaper businesses, Prichard manages all of the company's higher education, corporate and federal government businesses, including UMI, Micromedia, Serials Solutions, Chadwyck Healey and the ProQuest Information & Learning brands into these markets. Prior to his role as President, Prichard was Senior Vice President, Global Sales where he was responsible for designing and executing the sales strategy, managing global customer support and developing strategic sales to key partners. In addition to his sales responsibilities, Prichard had general management responsibilities for Serials Solutions and the XanEdu businesses.

Before joining ProQuest, Prichard was Vice President of Sales for Corporate & Federal Markets at LexisNexis, where he designed the national accounts program and the strategy that orchestrated their 2001 turnaround in enterprise sales. Prichard is known for his strategic acumen, strong customer relationships, and his ability to build winning management teams. He has served as a sales trainer for a number of companies and is a sought-after motivational speaker.

Prichard holds a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Baltimore School of law and a Bachelor's degree from Towson University.  Prichard serves as a Board member for the Content division of the Software and Information Association.
